When news overtakes fiction

In my upcoming novel, St. Izzy of F Street, a homeless woman on the streets of Washington DC waves an “End is Near” sign and claims to be a messenger sent from God.

Her prophecies (all fictional, of course) are coming true faster than the publishing process.
